Workshop Day 5

The next day was another editing day, and a million questions and pre-screenings were undertaken, each group looking over each other's shoulder, a healthy atmosphere of interest between the groups was evident, and a little competition was occurring. The groups were all in full flow now, as the next day was the big screening, and all had to be edited and ready. The pressure was on, and a studious hum was circulating the teaching space. By 6pm, all groups were finishing, and starting to export their films ready for the screening. We left for our hotel, excited and a little fearful, as tomorrow a large gathering of people from the Mayan community were coming to the screening, not only that the local TV and Radio stations had picked up on the workshop and were coming to report and interview us and the teams. Gulp.
